Since every piece is made to order, shipping times can vary depending on demand. Most orders can be shipped out within 7 business days, but during busy seasons or after a drop, it may take closer to 3 weeks to receive your item.

If you need your piece by a specific date (like for a gift or event) please message me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate you!

Kindly double check your shipping address when ordering! Once an order has shipped, and tracking is provided RS is no longer responsible for the package and you must contact USPS for help. No refunds for lost or held in transit packages.

I do ship internationally! Delivery times/prices vary depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply. If you experience any trouble checking out from your region, feel free to message me, and I will help you personally!

RS does not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged. If that happens, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Afterwards, I can either issue a full refund, or ship a replacement within 3 business days.

I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in motion and cannot be canceled.

All of my pieces are made in small batches or are one-of-a-kind. If something is sold out, it may return in a future drop, unless I feel like it should remain a staple piece of my brand for a while. I love experimenting with new color pallets and styles, which helps keeps the creative process fun and fresh for me.
